Where Our Products Come From

Every product on BeautyIcon.pk is imported directly from the USA and trusted international retailers and suppliers. We do not buy from local wholesale markets, unknown resellers or grey-market stockists. When stock arrives, it comes in its original brand packaging with the brand's own labels, batch codes and seals.

Because we import directly, our prices are fair but never suspiciously low. If you see a premium product online in Pakistan for a fraction of its real price, it is very likely a copy.

How We Check Every Product

Before a product is listed or shipped, we check the packaging, printing quality, seals, batch codes and expiry dates. Products with damaged seals or unclear batch information are not sold. We also keep a close eye on expiry dates, because skincare and makeup lose effectiveness over time, especially in Pakistan's heat and humidity.

Products are stored away from direct heat and sunlight so that formulas such as foundations, serums and sunscreens reach you in the condition the brand intended.

How to Check Your Product at Home

You can check authenticity yourself when your order arrives. Look for a batch code printed or embossed on the product and the box, and make sure the two match. Check that the printing is sharp, the spelling on the packaging is correct, and the seal is intact. The texture, colour and smell should match the brand's description. You can also enter the batch code on a free batch code checking website to see the production date.

Our Promise to You

If you ever believe a product you received from us is not original, message us on WhatsApp at 0333-9048166 or email beautyiconpk@outlook.com with your order number and clear photos of the product, box and batch code. We will review it with you directly. If a product we sold turns out not to be genuine, you will receive a full refund.

Damaged items are covered by our Refund Policy: report within 7 days with your order number, photos and an unboxing video for a replacement or refund.

Why We Ask for an 80% Advance

We take 80% of the order value in advance and 20% as cash on delivery. This protects our stock from fake orders and from parcels being returned with items swapped inside, which keeps our prices fair for genuine customers. Delivery takes 5–7 business days across Pakistan, and delivery is free on orders over Rs. 10,000.
