What Is Your Undertone?

Your undertone is the colour under your skin, and it matters as much as how light or dark you are. Look at the veins on your wrist in natural daylight:

• Green veins: golden or yellow (warm) undertone. This is the most common undertone in Pakistan.
• Blue or purple veins: pink or rosy (cool) undertone.
• A mix of both: neutral undertone.

• Oily skin can make some foundations look a little darker after a few hours. If you are between two shades, the lighter one is usually safer.
• For under-eye concealer, many people prefer half a shade lighter than their foundation.
