Damaged or broken items?

Report within 7 days with order number, photos, and unboxing video for replacement or refund and send us via whatsapp (0333-9048166) or Email (beautyiconpk@outlook.com).

Once we receive all the above information, replacement or refund will be initiated with in 2 days.

Not eligible: change of mind, wrong shade/variant, or no proof of damage/unboxing video.
